What we collect
Information you submit through forms (name, email, phone, county, timeline, loan goals and optional details), and basic technical data such as pages visited, referring site and campaign parameters. We don't ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents on this website.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, provide mortgage services you request, send information you ask for, and improve this site. Lead information may be stored in our customer relationship management system.
Sharing
We share information with Edge Home Finance, LLC and service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, CRM) and, once you apply, with lenders and settlement providers involved in your loan. We don't sell your personal information. Financial information collected during a loan application is handled under Edge Home Finance's privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
Calls and texts
If you opt in, we may contact you by phone, text and email about your inquiry. Reply STOP to texts or ask us to stop at any time. Consent is not a condition of any loan.
Reviews
If you submit a review, your first name, last initial, city, rating and review text may be published. Your email address is never published.
